For accountants, solicitors, will writers and estate planners

Your clients trust you.
We take that seriously.

When a client needs financial advice, introducing them to someone is a reflection on you. We work alongside professional firms with clear responsibilities, the client's permission at every step, and a process your client can follow from the first conversation.

For your practice

An introduction, not a handover.

You keep doing the work you do best. We add regulated financial advice where your client wants it, and stay in our lane.

  1. 01

    Your client relationship continues

An introduction adds a financial adviser to the picture. It does not replace you. Your client remains your client.

  2. 02

    Clear division of responsibility

Before anything happens, we agree in writing what we do, what you do, and where the boundaries sit.

  3. 03

    Coordinated planning

Where your client wants it, financial advice can be considered alongside your legal or tax work instead of in isolation.

  4. 04

    Updates only with consent

We share relevant updates with you only where your client has given permission, and only what is relevant to your work.

Where we can help

Situations your clients bring to you

Each profession sees different moments. Here is how financial advice might sit alongside your work.

You know the numbers. Some of the decisions behind them need regulated financial advice.

Stays with you

Accounts, tax returns, tax computations and company structuring stay with you.

Company directors

Directors weighing salary, dividends and employer pension contributions who need personal pension and retirement advice alongside your tax work.

Pensions and retirement

Clients with several old pensions, or approaching retirement, who need help understanding their options and income choices.

Business protection

Owners and partners considering key person cover, shareholder or partnership protection so the business can cope with illness or death.

Selling a business

Clients preparing for a sale who will need to think about what happens to the proceeds and their long-term plans afterwards.

Your client's journey

Six steps. No surprises.

You can explain this to your client before they ever speak to us. At every stage, they can stop.

Your client can decline at any step
  1. 1

    Between you and us

    Agree how we work together

We talk with you first. Responsibilities, how introductions are made, how updates work and any remuneration arrangements are agreed in writing in advance, so any potential conflicts are clear.

  2. 2

    Client permission

    Your client gives permission

You only introduce a client who has agreed to it. We ask for the minimum information needed to make contact, nothing more.

  3. 3

    Client-led

    Introduction and discovery

We speak with your client directly. The first conversation is led by them: their circumstances, their priorities, their questions. No pressure to proceed.

  4. 4

    Before any decision

Scope, fees and risks in writing

Before your client makes any decision, they receive in writing what the advice covers, what it costs and the relevant risks.

  5. 5

    Client decides

    Advice, only if suitable

We only make recommendations that are suitable for your client, and implement them only if your client agrees.

  6. 6

    With permission

    Agreed ongoing reviews

Any ongoing service is agreed with your client. Updates to you continue only with their permission.

Questions professionals ask

Straight answers

Will my client be pressured into buying something?

No. Your client leads the first conversation, receives scope, fees and risks in writing before making any decision, and is free to decline at any point. Recommendations are only made where suitable and only implemented if your client agrees.

Do you pay referral fees or commission for introductions?

A member of our team can discuss opportunities available depending on volume, case size and compliance requirements.

What information do you need when I introduce a client?

Only the minimum needed to make contact, and only after your client has given permission. Please do not send client details through the enquiry form on this page; it is for business enquiries only.

Will you keep me informed?

Where your client gives permission, we can share relevant progress updates with your firm so your work and ours stay coordinated. An introduction does not give your firm automatic access to the client’s financial information. Information handling is explained in our privacy policy.

Is there an online partner portal or shared client record?

No. We work through agreed, direct communication with you. There is no external portal and client records are not automatically shared.

Will you give legal or tax advice to my client?

No. We provide regulated financial advice. Legal work, wills, trusts and tax advice remain with you or the appropriate specialist.

Does introducing a client mean we have an exclusive arrangement?

No. Working arrangements are agreed individually with each firm, and your client is always free to choose whether to work with us.
